Mo Zhixiong also serves as the group's non-independent executive director, but he did not receive any director remuneration in fiscal 2025.

Xinxiang Group's share price closed down 0.32% to 3.12 yuan on Friday (11th).

To ensure that the overall compensation framework is aligned with future business priorities and transformation goals, the Group has suspended the economic value-added (EVA) reward program since April 2024. However, a long-term incentive reward for transformation is awarded to members of the Group Management Committee, which has a five-year performance period and is designed to enhance the company's long-term shareholder value.

According to the annual report released by Xinxiang Group on Thursday (July 10), Mo Zhixiong's 2025 fiscal year salary package includes a salary of 1.021,678 yuan, a bonus of 1.266,012 yuan, a stock reward worth 862,456 yuan, and a benefit of 74,037 yuan. The total annual salary matching amount is 30.5% higher than the 2.43 million yuan in fiscal year 2024.

Annual report pointed out that Xinxiang's profit soared 332.3% to 243.8 million in fiscal year 2025. Total revenue increased by 13% year-on-year to RMB 5.821.1 million, compared with RMB 5.149.6 million in the previous fiscal year. The board of directors recommends paying an annual dividend of RMB 0.035 per share to shareholders. Once shareholder approval is obtained, the group will pay the dividend on August 15.
