Villa officially confirmed that the club department will loan Joe Gouqi to the English League One team Port Vier for one season.

Joe Gaoqi is 25 years old and an Australian goalkeeper. He transferred from Adelaide United to Villa in February 2024 and made his debut in the 24-25 League Cup against Waiconby Rangers. So far, Gao Qi has played two official games for Villa and has conceded 3 goals in total.

Gao Qi was loaned to Barnsley in the second half of last season, but this loan ended early due to a player's injury.
