Post: Former England international Pearce’s 21-year-old son died after losing control of the tractor he was driving
According to the "Daily Mail" report, Harry Pearce, the son of English football legend Stuart Pearce, unfortunately passed away last Thursday at the age of 21. Gloucestershire Police confirmed that Harry lost control of his tractor while driving on a country road near his home in Wiltshire. The vehicle ran off the road and Harry died at the scene.
A source revealed that the cause of the accident may have been a tire burst on the tractor. Harry is Piers' youngest child with ex-wife Liz, where he runs his own agricultural services business. Police appeal to witnesses or people with relevant driving recorder footage to come forward with clues.
Pierce himself was involved in a serious car accident in 1998, when the car he was driving was crushed by an overturned truck, but miraculously he only suffered minor injuries. Pierce revealed in 2020 that in order to help 8-year-old Harry win the school's football league, he called Sir Alex Ferguson to inquire about Manchester United's formation. Piers himself suffered a health scare in March, when chest pains caused his flight to be diverted and he was hospitalized in Canada for five days.
