I almost always have my weekend dinners. I like to play "post-meal tutoring" and vote for the best dish. My dad was initially excited about the game, and even felt bored; but once he actively said, "Fried high-quality dishes are the best." In fact, there were many big dishes at that meal, but the family agreed, but he didn't expect that he would win the most popular dish of the night with his pressure.

Earlier, a friend who often went to the museum said that the high-quality vegetables I fried were sweet and crispy, and were unique.

In this way, I served the vegetables from the banquet generously and confidently. As expected, every time I served the table at the end but finished it first, and those famous dishes that were shouting loudly had to stand by.

My method is to buy a top-notch alpine lacquer, remove and discard the outermost leaf cube, soak the leaf into a suitable mouth size, cut into thin slices, and dry the moisture; prepare three spicy spices, rice, white cube and minced garlic, and stir-fry them in sequence. This is the main source of the fragrance. Then stir-fry over high heat, add salt and chicken powder to taste, and you can taste the ordinary deliciousness.

Seafruit fried bait

Ingredients: 8 zu kernels, 1 box of crab meat, 1/6 of Gaoli, 1 large chili (can be changed to Husband or diced red pepper, mainly adding color), 1 bowl of bread powder (for a bowl for eating), 1 tablespoon of Taibai powder (the above ingredients can be increased and reduced according to the number of people and personal preferences)

Method:

1. Remove the stems of Gaoli, cut into fine silk (easy to fry), add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pickle, and let it sit for 10 minutes (it doesn't take too long to maintain the crispness), dry the water and prepare it.

2. Wash the sap kernels and remove the mud, rub dry and cut into diced with a napkin.

3. Remove the crab meat from ice, dry the water, and diced it.

4. Cut the big pepper into small diced pieces, add all the above ingredients, bread powder and too white powder, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and a small amount of white pepper powder, mix thoroughly, and think it is "inner".

5. Grab the inner bag with one palm and shape it into a round shape.

6. Take a non-stick pot, add appropriate oil and bake, fry over medium-low heat until golden yellow on two sides (can be fryed in batches), and take out the plate.

Golden kimchi

Ingredients: 1 glutinous vegetable, 1 small piece of glutinous rice stew, 1 tablespoon of salt, 100 grams of sugar, glutinous rice vinegar (or apple vinegar, edible vinegar, but no urian vinegar can be used), 100 grams of sesame oil, 4 pieces of fermented tofu, 4 slices of ginger slices, 8 cloves of garlic, chili powder or raw chili, suitable amount:

1. Cut the glutinous vegetable into pieces and wash it dry, put it in a large container, add 1 tablespoon of salt, mix evenly, and let it rest for half an hour, remove the water and dry it.

2. Slice the croaker and stir-fry with 1 teaspoon of oil in the crock for about 1 minute.

3. Ingredients other than galangal vegetables are made into a paste with a juicer.

4. Just pour the appropriate amount of sauce on the high-alkali dish in Method 1.

5. The remaining sauce can be stored in an ice pot.

● Gaoli can be replaced by Chinese cabbage.

● The color of golden kimchi is golden yellow.

● For fine sugar, glutinous rice vinegar, and sesame oil, for easy memory, 100 grams were taken; but after making it a few times, my family felt that it was too sweet and the vinegar taste was too strong, so I changed the sesame oil to 80 grams. This is to adjust it according to the taste of the person, and the original ratio was a more common taste.

Stir-fried vermicelli with glutinous rice

Ingredients: Half a piece of glutinous rice , 1 handful of vermicelli , 2 eggs , 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder , 2 cloves of garlic (about 1 tablespoon)

Method:

1. After soaking the vermicelli, cut three or four knives, and poke under the head of the water dragon to wash. This action is to remove the powder.

2. Wash the high-alkali vegetables, remove the stems, cut the chips, and dry them and prepare them for water.

3. Take a fried pot, add 2 tablespoons of oil, beat in the eggs, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and stir-fry powder, and take it out and use it.

4. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the raw pot, stir-fry with ginger and minced garlic, add eggs, vermicelli, and glutinous rice noodles, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce cream, 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper and chicken powder to taste.

5. If you want to eat spicy food, add chili peppers. I just had a can of XO sauce at home, so I scooped 1 tablespoon of rice.

● The vermicelli can also be changed to noodles. Just change the method 1 to boil in hot water until 80% cooked, then place it in cold water, remove the powder, then dry the water, put it in a deep bowl, add 1 tablespoon of soybean and sesame oil and stir evenly. The other steps are the same.
