Prepare for the health of the elderly. The latest research suggests that you should start exercising before this age

At what age should we prepare for the health of the elderly? In fact, it will never be too late to start exercising to improve health and quality of life. A study published in the Public Science Library ·Medical Medicine shows that regular exercise during middle age is closely related to physical health in later years, even for women who only start exercising in their 50s.
In this study, the researchers used data from more than 11,000 women from the Australian Women's Health Directional Study every three years starting in 1998. At the beginning of the study, these participants were between the ages of 47 and 52.
{The results of the 99}study showed that women who always adhered to the U.S. physical activity guidelines during middle age, that is, women who were 150 minutes a week, and women who only started following the activity guidelines for the first time at the age of 55 had higher scores in their physical health.
The study's lead author and researcher at Sydney University in Australia, Dr. Binh Nguyen, pointed out that it is very important for women to maintain their vitality during middle age to get the most benefit in their physical health in their later years. Ideally, women should increase their activity before the age of 55 to meet the guidelines.
Nguyen supplementation, even if women start to achieve physical activity guidelines in their 50s, as long as they can stay active, it may also produce important health benefits for their health, especially for their physical functions.
Events are good for health improvementThe current US physical activity guide recommends moderate intensity exercises of 150 to 300 minutes per week, or high intensity exercises of 75 to 150 minutes per week, or a combination of the two. The guide also recommends that you perform moderate or higher strength whole body muscle strengthening activities at least two days a week.
Many studies have shown that proper exercise can reduce the risk of cardiac disease and medium-sex, type 2 diabetes, certain types of cancer, and may even help reduce the chance of severe consequences of certain infectious diseases.
In fact, doing sports does not mean that you need to spend hours a week in the gym to meet the requirements of the activity guide. Every additional activity that takes place within a week is important, including climbing a staircase or riding a 10-minute bike ride nearby.
