As a traveler, being able to explore the presidents of France, the UK, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic for as much as possible for six months is undoubtedly the dream of many people; Insider column author Emily Pogue spent six months traveling to Europe, and based on this period of experience, I would like to discuss the following five experiences with travelers who want to travel to Europe, which can make your journey more pleasant:

1. Switch to voice recordings to record the journey

Poger said that I believe many people are like her. At the beginning of the trip, they really record every day, but with the fatigue of travel, the diary stopped.

Poger said that she discovered the beauty of voice recording when her journey to Europe was about to end, so that she could take out her phone to record the next day's reply after a long trip, instead of writing her penis after returning to the room.

2. Expected train errors

Poger said that the more than 20 long trains she took throughout the summer had almost all the errors to varying degrees.

She did not stay for a transfer time, which led to the journey from Switzerland to Amsterdam, from the originally simple two trains, turning into six different trains, and giving it a long train time, plus five hours.

So Poger suggests that between the two trains, at least half an hour should be left to avoid errors that will cause your itinerary to change.

3. Find out the local concerts or music festivals

When Pog was in the UK, it was the prime time of music festivals, but unfortunately, she did not do her homework in advance, so she could only miss the performances she liked at her musicians, not to mention that local tickets were much cheaper than those in the United States.

So Poger suggested that we must study what activities are in advance.

4. Enjoy more local delicacies

Pog said that he loved sweets, but when he was in Europe, he convinced himself not to be too careless. As a result, when he returned to the United States, he regretted not tasting the various different desserts in the local area.

Food is an important part of a national culture, and sweets are a way to experience the most delicacies that the locals love most without spending a lot of money.

5. Explore the city when there are too few people in the morning.

Pog doesn't like to get up early. If there is no reason, he will sleep until at least 10 o'clock in the morning. But Pog suggests that even if he doesn't like to get up early, he will spend as much time as possible. Taking advantage of the morning before the city is still awake, we will look at the city you visited from different angles.

When the Pogs were in Prague, they got up early and went to the famous Charles Bridge to watch the sunrise. While avoiding tourists covering the bridge, they also gained an unforgettable experience.
