With the understanding of aging, people have broadly realized that aging is caused by the accumulation of reactive oxygen species. Reactive oxygen species are unstable molecules produced by respiration, mostly produced by granules. In the wire particles, glucose and oxygen produce water and carbon dioxide, and at the same time generate energy. Although it is called cell respiration, it produces reactive oxygen species. Reactive oxygen species are very unstable and will react violently with surrounding molecules. Therefore, it will damage cells and DNA, which will cause aging when accumulated, which is called "oxidative adversity hypothesis."

Therefore, to delay aging and prolong life, we must take up antioxidants that help prevent damage caused by reactive oxygen species. The representatives of antioxidants, as we all know, are vitamin C and vitamin E. They have always been highly praised for taking more, and now many people still believe it.

In fact, this also shows promising results in basic research. However, the research content is to invest these vitamins or nutrients in grass-roots or cysts. Looking at the impact on their life, the continuous results of life-long extension are as if this effect has been revealed in humans, and such knowledge among the general public will spread.

However, if it is effective for grass-rooted claws or line-rooted claws, can it be said that human ingestion really has the effect of delaying aging and prolonging life? It is difficult to use humans to prove it, but at least it should be used to study and prove it, right?

The results of recent research were quite sad. Some studies have actually achieved results in shortening life. In the animal experiments made by voles, they kept eating two vitamin-enhancing feeds, and their lives were reduced by two-thirds to half!

So far, there have been no clinical studies that have reduced human mortality and prolonged life. In a state of adequate nutrition, excessive vitamin or minerals may also be harmful to health.

In addition, there are also many foods or nutrients and enzymes that have the effect of prolonging life, and most of them are research results made using cysts or grass-rooted cysts and fruit cysts. Because the life cycle of these species is very short, it is very suitable for short-term research. However, this cannot be said to be effective for humans. In this sense, at the lowest point, we must use white mice or voles who are breastfeeding as humans to do research to be considered to have the effect of prolonging life.

However, there are only a few cases of epigalactone saccharin (contained in tea leaves), melatonin, SKQ1, ginger yeast (contained in ginger), queen bee milk, etc., which can obtain effective reports on the life of pharyngeal animals such as white mice, and vitamin E is effective and invalid.

The use of tarts or ginger yellow for long years is also considered effective. Sure enough, the wisdom of our ancestors is more reliable than the "latest" science.

From the perspective of safety, it should be said that there will be no problem after drinking or taking things for a long time. Chemical synthesis or extracted extracted things, even if they have short-term effects, are generally invalid for a long time, and no one can guarantee safety. Even some of the foods around us are rich in vitamin C or minerals, and long-term excessive intake can also cause the danger of shortening life.

Because I believe that calcines and other things are good for the body, I eat them diligently every day, and the excessive amount of ingestion turns into stones, which can cause severe sclerosis and severe infarction. The same is true for iron quality. Excessive intake causes the liver to become weak and cause liver disorders. The most important thing about anything is just right. Taking too much medicine may cause great adverse effects.
